Overview:

Renowned as the world’s premier personal effectiveness program, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® Signature Program, based on international bestseller The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Dr Stephen R Covey, aligns timeless principles of effectiveness with modern technology and practices. This two-day live Facilitated Classroom Training will help participants develop a deeper foundation of personal maturity and emotional intelligence. They will be able to effectively lead themselves, influence, engage and collaborate with others, and continually improve and renew their capabilities; elements that are at the heart of personal, team, and organizational effectiveness.
The three-phase program is designed to provide participants with the processes and tools to live and apply the 7 Habits every day.
PREPARE: Participants must complete The 7 Habits prework and The 7 Habits self-assessment prior to attending the live Facilitated Classroom Training and bring those documents to the Classroom Training.
LEARN & PRACTICE: During the live Facilitated Classroom Training, participants are exposed to new, more effective mindsets and skillsets. They will learn new skills and tools to help them achieve greater personal and interpersonal effectiveness.
LIVE: In order to make the new behaviours as habits, participants will work on the “7X7 Contract” over 7 weeks and use The 7 Habits App as a support tool. They are also encouraged to use the 7 Habits cards as part of team meetings and to take the 7 Habits Assessment 90 days after the live Facilitated Classroom Training to review their progress.

The 7 Habits Benchmark is a self assessment questionnaire that help participants gain insight on their effectiveness before the 7 Habits Signature Live Facilitated Classroom Training and 90 days after.

Target Participants:

Target audience includes all professionals who wish to enhance their professional and personal mastery to become effective individuals and leaders.
PREPARE: Participants must complete The 7 Habits prework and The 7 Habits self-assessment prior to attending the live Facilitated Classroom Training and bring those documents to the Classroom Training.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
1) Describe the immediate and long-term consequences of making proactive decisions at the workplace
2) Demonstrate understanding of how individual and team tasks may impact the organisation’s goals
3) Identify appropriately the tasks that should be prioritised to avoid crises at the workplace
4) Develop solutions using Win-Win thinking to achieve mutual consensus and outcomes
5) Apply empathetic listening skills to build relationship at the workplace
6) Identify synergies within and across teams to maximise outcomes
7) Identify actions and activities for self and team members to enhance overall health and well-being

Remarks:

Limited to 5 learners per agency for each run.
Learners will have to complete a self-scoring assessment prior to the workshop.
Timing for 2-day workshop: 9.30am-5.30pm.

Fee Remarks:

The indicative full course fee of $160.50 is a registration fee to cover SSI administration cost.

In the event of (i) withdrawal after email confirmation is sent out 3 weeks before the course commencement date or (ii) no-show, please note that admin fee of $160.50 (with GST) applies. No replacement is allowed after email confirmation is sent.
