1. Programme Development and Management
• Develops, executes, manages and evaluates community services programmes

2. Resource and Relationship
• Build, establish and manage effective working relationship with stakeholders – volunteers, schools, corporate bodies, government agencies, other voluntary organisations and existing partners for funding, regulatory, volunteerism and outreach work
• Assists in the planning, coordination and execution of fund raising activities as well as raising community awareness of programmes

3. Administration
• Ensures that all administration work like maintaining accurate records, information and database related to our beneficiaries, volunteers, and partners are captured, correct and updated and easily accessible and kept as intellectual properties of the Association
• Collects, updates and analyses information and data for reporting and evaluation purposes
• Assists in planning the annual goals, objectives and budget
• Prepares forms, publicity materials, letters and other documents for correspondences with external stakeholders

4. Organisational Support
• Attends meetings (internal and external), workshops, seminars and corporate activities as and when required
• Supports the Association’s Christian Emphasis initiatives
• Undertakes any other projects or responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
