PROGRAMME SPECIFICS
The incumbent is to provide counselling for youth aged between 12-25 years old through two platforms; firstly with the counselling department through the assignment of C3 clients, and secondly with the youth department through the given virtual platform.
To submit casenotes and keep caselogs of all counselling cases assigned
To attend individual supervision as well as group supervision conducted by Programme Manager(Counselling)
To follow up with administrative duties pertaining to counselling work
To work and communicate with other team members within the platform
Manage the online room required for counselling, including door password resetting, assisting in providing anonymity for students etc.
Potentially work closely with key personnel from secondary schools to take on students of different profile and needs
Any other duties as required by the organisation
