- Support casework and counselling interventions under guidance of professional staff in the company- Support administrative functions of group work processes in the company- Assist professional staff in the running of group work initiatives- Support Community work initiatives in the company with professional staff- To assist with enquiries and intakes- Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD and supervisor
- Poly Diploma in any discipline or WSQ Diploma in Social Service- Good coordination and collaborative skills in supporting social work interventions- Proficient in oral and written communication, especially English
- Resourceful and able to work with various government agencies to get solutions for the community- Knowledge and ability to interpret relevant policies or schemes that impact on clients
- Mature, independent with good working attitude and a team player.- Good interpersonal skill
