• Assisting the Vice Principal (Admin) on any related in preparation of expenditure or reimbursement• Ensuring all payments received are recorded accurately and bank in promptly• Account and Admin staff will contact parents for their childs arrear fee more than 60 days and above• Submission of monthly Inter-Bank GIRO• Submission of students Inter-Bank GIRO Applications to Finance and will issue letter to parent informing the status of the application• Keeping track on students Edusave Fund and submit quarterly students Edusave and annual supplementary fee withdrawal to MOE• Perform annual Fixed Asset check with Finance staff on all equipment listed under school Fixed Asset• Assist Principal or Finance on annual school department budget, once budget is approved an email will be sent to all department heads• Keeping track on the usage and balances for individual departments budget• Provide and ensure the correct GL funding code are used for all purchase requisition in school• Prepare a consolidated award recipients list for Annual Achievement Award to Finance for crediting into approved recipient account• Support or assist any administrative or first aid duties in the general office or school clinic• Assist or support any adhoc school projects or committees as and when required by the Principal or Vice Principal (Admin)• Assist Vice Principal (Admin) on any maintenance or facilities project or issue in AWWA School• Adhoc duties assigned by the school
• Minimum ITE NITEC in any field• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience• Microsoft – Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working in admin and accounts will be advantageous
