Community Psychology Hub is committed to provide psychological support and intervention for the families who are affected by family conflict, marital difficulties and divorce. We are developing an online counselling portal for Singaporeans and Singapore residents who are affected by marital issues or divorce. This online counselling pilot will be evaluated and then implemented onto a national divorce online portal in 2021.

The Online Counselling Lead is responsible in spearheading this project and working closely with our stakeholders in delivering an effective online counselling service for the community.

About The Role

To provide innovative and quality psychological services to families referred to the Community Psychology Hub (CPH) by the Divorce Support Specialist Agencies (DSSAs) in Singapore. Working in a multi-disciplinary setting, you will manage complex cases, complement services provided by other professionals and ensure psychological services are delivered in accordance to organisational standards.

1. Conduct psychological assessments

3. Build professional and clinical standards

4. Build stakeholder relationships or capacity

5. Maintain professional, legal and ethical standards

6. Uplift professional practice in psychology

Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

1. Educational qualifications
• A recognised Masters’ degree in Applied Clinical Psychology
• Be eligible for registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)

Core Competencies:

2. Experience
• At least 3 years of relevant post-Masters experience in clinical settings and/or working with/in SSAs

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

3. Other qualities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Able to work in multi-disciplinary team
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills
• Fluency in local languages and familiarity with the local context will be an advantage
