About The Role

Reporting to the Manager, HOD of Mental Wellness, you play a pivotal role in providing support the roll out and execution of LB Mental Wellness programme under Safe Pod.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan outreach to raise awareness , de-stigmatisation of mental issues and to identify the needs of residents through methods including but not limited to community and school events.
• Manage the PCM in the partnered learning institutions to ensure that the counselling processes are complied with the requirements and analyse the PCM-Clients data to understand and improve the outcomes of such counselling.
• Manage the partnership with relevant stakeholders such as schools, grassroots organisations, medical institutions and partners to ensure our services are proactive, relevant, and useful.
• Assist the HOD to manage and social media outreach to ensure that they are consistently updated.
• Ensure that the department processes are updated and implemented.
• Plan publicity programmes for Safe Pod events for a wider reach to the public.
• Provide the HOD with feedback on the programmes and activities conducted so that the department objectives are met
• Assist the Project Head or Leader with monthly reporting requirements and in maintaining the database.

Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Service or Marketing and Communication.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years’ experience in Project Management or Business Development or Relationship Management.

• Some working experience in community and mental wellness programmes

Core Competencies:

• Able to value add to current processes and attract new clienteles
• Proficiency in Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint and social media platforms.
• Able to adhere to programme budget and ensure cost effectiveness of the programme execution.
• Good documentation and reporting writing skill.

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual.
• Dynamic, quick-thinking, adaptable and with problem solving skills.
• Proven initiative and ability to champion a project from conception to implementation.
