About The Role

Maintain Employees Data Base and Filing System.
Process and Maintain Employees Compensation and Benefits Administration.
Administrate Central Provident Fund (CPF) Submission and Income Tax Reporting e.g. IR8A.
Manage the overall performance management system.
Administrate access to training and development opportunities for staff.
Undertake any other duties assigned by Executive Assistant and Executive Director.

Reports to : Executive Assistant and Executive Director


Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

Proficient in MS Office.

Core Competencies:

Diploma in Business Studies or HR Management /2 years’ relevant experience in HR Management.

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

Able to handle minutes taking and professional business correspondence.
Able to manage relationships efficiently and communicate with others effectively.
