Core Function:
The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the effective running of SUN-DAC. He or She will also oversee the planning and implementation of programmes and services to ensure clients receive quality daycare and support.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Shares in the planning and overall management of SUN-DAC through the Leadership Team.
2. Uses an asset-based community development model to develop relationships of trust and mutual respect that will aid in the integration of SUN-DAC clients in the community.
3. Oversees, cultivates and steward relationships between SUN-DAC and its donors and volunteers.
4. Recruits, orients, supervises and evaluates volunteers for various projects.
5. Reviews budgets and grant proposals for SUN-DAC’s programmes and services.
6. Interprets the vision and mission of SUN-DAC to the community through direct involvement with public and private groups and networking with other social service agencies.
7. Oversees and supervises the administrative and training sides of SUN-DAC.
