The Assistant Manager (Enterprise Risk Management)’s core purpose is to work with key stakeholders of the organization to identify enterprise risk areas and facilitate their remediation to ensure the agency meets its financial, operational, and compliance objectives.1. Provide administrative oversight of internal audit in partnership with appointed internal auditor to ensure the meeting of financial, operational and compliance objectives2. Oversee the periodic reporting of risk matters to the Board of Directors, Audit and Risk Committee, and senior management.3. Identify and mitigate enterprise risk4. Understand control deficiencies and provide recommendations to mitigate and monitor the organization strategic and operational risks5. Facilitate the remediation of identified internal audit issues through follow-up and monitoring, including a collaborative partnership with process owners, subject matter experts, internal and external auditors6. Develop and implement initiatives to promote strong risk awareness and capabilities within the organization, leading to a risk-intelligent culture7. Work with Office of Organizational Transformation colleagues to conduct reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses of AMKFSC and evaluate corporate and operational effectiveness in AMKFSC centers8. Assist departments in alignment to tracking indicators as part of annual work plans and program implementation
Preferred Degree or Post-Graduate Certification in Business Administration or risk managementAt least 3 to 5 years of experience in an Enterprise Risk Management and or Corporate and Strategic Planning function
Strong, competent, and familiar with fiduciary and legal compliance, financial, operational, information and data security, and safety risk management concepts.Good understanding of the context of social service delivery in Singapore.
