Work Location: Upper Bukit TimahStart Date: ImmediateMain duties:1) Public relations and marketing support- Support communications and marketing strategies for organisation’s platforms, including website and social media management;Manage or support corporate and centre-led events and marketing campaigns;- Support the development of key Montfort Care collaterals (Annual Report, corporate branding materials, etc) and ensure adherence to brand and corporate identity guidelines.2) Internal communications- Review and manage internal communications platforms and systems (particularly between centres, with staff, and with volunteers);- Manage inter-department updates and clearance of assets – photos, videos, testimonies, human interest stories – for Montfort Care’s media library and use.3) Corporate partnerships- Manage stakeholder, donor and partner database;- Coordinate the review of and liaison with partners, volunteers and internal teams;- Support stakeholder management and relations, including development of emailers, newsletters etc.4) Fundraising- (Fundraising secretariat) Coordinate and manage internal processes for fundraising campaigns;- Review and manage fundraising portals and drives.
- Possess a good bachelor degree in any discipline; preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration;- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;- Effective communication skills; good command of written and spoken English.
