Key ResponsibilitiesProvide casework and counselling services to clients and their familiesAssess needs of clients and their families and formulate Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Provide Information ,Referral (I,R) to link clients and their families to appropriate services Ensure that the halfway house’s Programme meets the mission, objectives and procedures of case management services Skills and CompetenciesKnowledge of basic IT (MS Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint) and basic statistical analysis Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills c. At least 3 years of continuous sobriety (applicable to ex-offenders)Qualifications Degree in Social Work or Psychology OR Accredited Social Worker OR Accredited Social Service Practitioner, with approximately 2 years in the field.
Ability to engage stakeholders and partners to develop solution in community work.Knowledge and ability to interpret relevant policies, schemes that impact client groups.
