REACH Community Services Society (RCSS) was founded in 1998 by Grace Assembly of God to help the hurting and needy in our community who are not able to receive help directly from the Church.

Registered as a society separate from the Church in 1998, a charitable organization in 1999, and a full member of National Council Social Service (NCSS) in 2000, she became, and has been an approved Institution of Public Character (IPC) since 2009.

RCSS offers community care and support services to individuals and families through various community projects in our current 6 touchpoints. We seek to reach out to the least, the lost and the lonely; regardless of race, language or religion. In the past year, we served and positively impacted over 3,000 lives through our team of dedicated staff, volunteers as well as the partnership of generous givers.

About The Role

- Provide mentoring to increase or sustain the motivation of the clients.
- Communicate with families, agencies, and any other parties involved in the rehabilitation of the client.
- Maintain orderly conduct of clients both inside and outside of organisation in line with the expectations of stipulated guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and timely submission of reports as required.
- Assist in the maintenance of the facilities and logistics.
- Undertake any other tasks to support operations.
- Be scheduled for shifts


Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

- Diploma in Counselling, Social Work or Psychology. Fresh graduates will be - considered.
- GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Conversant in English and any 2nd language
- Proficient in MS Office applications and basic statistical analysis

Core Competencies:

- Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
- Knowledge of adolescent or human development
- Ability to communicate with and engage in sports and activities with youth
- Ability to counsel and mentor youth and work with the families of the youth
