Casework and Counselling Service :1. Engage and assess families and their children to understand their needs and level of functioning- Conduct thorough professional assessment, set goals, action plans, intervention to address concerns- Conduct home-based sessions with the families as follow-up intervention on client's progress- Facilitate families' access to resources- Conduct regular review of cases and modify action plans when necessary- Document case sessions, maintain updated records and evaluate case outcomes- Participate in supervision, case presentations and case management meetings - Participate in external networking and inter-agencies case conferences- Ensure proper closure of cases- Support the administrative requirements of Case Management such as submission of statistics, data, reports, claims and any other required information2. Work with other agency's teams towards the successful implementation of Casework and intervention when necessary Other areas of work :1. Oversee the development, planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting of a signature program of the organization2. Participate in activities that would forward the cause and mission of the organization towards achieving the organization's vision.3. You shall be working with a team reporting to the Lead Social Worker.
Degree in Social Work / Social Service with 1 - 3 years of work experience in social service agencies.
Ability to work effectively and with strong initiativeStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsPositive work attitude, self motivated and keen to learn
Experience in the justice system, prisons, child protection and trauma is preferred.
