To establish fundraising and partnership strategies and frameworks and to actively seek out donors and partners in order to reach our yearly fundraising and partnership goals. To be in charge of planning and executing fundraising events as well as fundraising campaigns. - Conceptualize and implement effective fundraising initiatives- Collaborate with various stakeholders to plan fundraising activities- Engage with current donors and find new donors- Identify new prospective revenue streams and develop strategies to access these fund- Ensure fundraising events and activities conform with prevailing regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)- Strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills- Passion, energy and flair to work hard and achieve fundraising targets.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills- Able to work with people from diverse backgrounds- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, take initiative and make decisions- Dedicated to achieving goals and results-oriented
- Diploma or degree in business management - At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role - Proven track records in fundraising and event management - Experience in a social service agency would be preferable
