About The Role

The role will include the following areas in conjunction with the Career coach team;
• Organise, execute and participate in outreach activities
• To recruit and manage a group of Volunteers to take on the role of Job Advisors
• Guide Job Advisors in executing programme activities
• Devise on-boarding, communication, and monitoring of Job Advisor activities
• Co-ordinate with funder and other Social Service Agencies for the execution of programme
• Contribute and take part in promoting the programme in various Social media platforms
• Assist in programme report preparation and presentation to stakeholders
• Administration and documentation of our in-line and off-line processes and systems
• Identify areas of improvements in programme
• Maintain daily records on progress of clients and Job Advisors
• Implement quality control and compliance procedures
• Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders
• Develop information materials for distribution to clients and volunteers
• Provide programme updates to supervisor

Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology or Business;
Familiar with Social Media;

Core Competencies:

Good communications skills - Outgoing and expressive personality; Sociable;
Ability to manage volunteers.

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

Familiar with the work of charities and social service agencies
Exposure as a Volunteer serving in Social Service Organisation preferred;
