About The Role

Build financial stability and sustainability in CampusImpact by:

1. Fundraising: Building trust among stakeholders and deepening relationships
- Expanding our network of donors
- Deepening relationships with existing donors

2. Marketing: Increasing awareness of CampusImpact programmes with partner organisations, volunteers and clients
- Developing collaterals and marketing materials, preparing the e-newsletter
- Going on roadshows
- Maintaining CampusImpact website, social media (Facebook, Instagram)

3. Communications: Increasing sense of ownership and belonging with volunteers and clients
- Organising volunteer appreciation sessions and training
- Touching base with clients to garner feedback so that we can improve

Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

Ability to collect and tell the stories of CampusImpact so that we can inspire others
Ability to speak confidently and make presentations to potential donors and partners
Ability to build networks and develop relationships

Core Competencies:

Love for the children
Perseverance - a doggedness that will keep one going in the face of rejections and difficulties
