Job Responsibilities• Facilitate and coordinate programmes for carers and or persons with dementia.• Engage with various internal and or external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of programme. • Support outreach events such as public education talks, visits to community, sharing with other agencies.• Provide basic case management for carers of persons with dementia. • Ensure proper documentation of client follow up.• Update statistical data on timely manner for reporting to funder. • Any other duties as may be assigned.
Degree in psychology, social work, gerontology, community development or relevant discipline, with minimum 2 years of experience in community engagement work.Prior experience in working with persons with dementia or caregivers is an added advantage.Ability to work on Saturdays occassionally.
Self-motivated, Resourceful, Good attention to details, Ability to plan and implement ideas, Comfortable in speaking with group.
