In a vibrant, safe and supportive environment, our trained dementia care staff strives to maintain cognitive wellness and slow down cognitive decline of our clients through multi- sensory stimulating activities, with the aim of retaining their functional abilities and social engagement within the community.


Job Description:

• Establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships with clients, caregivers, volunteers and the community
• Assisting and facilitating cognitive activities for the dementia participants
• Handling and managing the participants with the duty of care, exhibit the spirit of team player to ensure that cohesive work relationships for the best interest for our participants
• Ensure the safety and quality aspects of care delivery
• Assisting in sourcing and creation of cognitive activities to improve and refresh resources or activities used
• Perform general operations and administration necessary for the daily operation at the centre
• Assisting in volunteer management and conduct orientation program
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
