Community Psychology Hub is committed to provide psychological support and intervention for the families who are affected by family conflict, marital difficulties and divorce. We are developing an online counselling portal for Singaporeans and Singapore residents who are affected by marital issues or divorce. This online counselling pilot will be evaluated and then implemented onto a national divorce online portal in 2021.

The Online Counselling Lead is responsible in spearheading this project and working closely with our stakeholders in delivering an effective online counselling service for the community.

About The Role

CPH provides psychological and research services in collaboration with our partners in the social service and public sector, to care for persons with vulnerabilities alongside their families in the community. CPH is committed to provide psychological support and intervention for the families who are affected by family conflict, marital difficulties and divorce.

The Clinical Educator will drive and facilitate the overall education and clinical competence of CPH’s psychologists, allowing them to better serve the community. This role can be on a part-time or full-time basis.

1. Uplift the professional practice of CPH’s psychologists

2. Lead the conceptualisation, development and evaluation of CPH’s educational and developmental frameworks

3. Drive the CPH Associate Psychologists programme

4. Actively build relationships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs)

5. Provide mentorship

6. Administrative duties

Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

1. Educational qualifications
• A recognised Masters’ degree in Applied Clinical Psychology
• Be eligible for registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)

Core Competencies:

2. Experience
• At least 8 years of experience as a practitioner of Psychology
• Experienced working and coordinating with different stakeholders
• Experienced in clinical supervision and training of psychologists
• Experience in the field of education is an advantage
