About The Role

You will be required to:

- Engage stakeholders and partner organisations from partner organizations of the Singapore Indian Community and the larger Singaporean society
- Develop sustainable relationships with these organisations that will lead to collaborative projects aligned to SINDA’s vision and mission
- Inform, Consult and Involve these organisations in SINDA’s existing and new programmes, activities and services
- Proactively leverage on government and community resources that align with SINDA’s programmes and services
- Other work related duties, including but not limited to projects that will be assigned from time to time

Job Specifications:

- Possess a Degree in any field
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience with good track record
- Be proficient in MS Office
- Have relevant experience in events management
- Possess excellent writing skills
- Having the ability to network within the community (e.g.: religious, social, grassroots, sports, government organisations) is an added advantage

Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

- Proactive, resourceful and be able to work independently with little supervision

Core Competencies:

- Able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task
- Able to engage and network with people from all walks of life.
- An effective negotiator

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

- Prepared to work on weekends and after office hours
