The Programmes Division continues to shape its role and purpose to ensure social impact amongst the youth community. The programmes will be embedded with impact metrics to measure the efficiency, effectiveness and impact on YMCA’s clients. You will support the Division’s transformational efforts to champion, challenge and train both internal and external stakeholders, by forging meaningful and sustainable partnerships with funders, and developing outcome-focused programmes for deeper impact.ResponsibilitiesDevelop outcome-focused funding proposals to attract impact-driven donors and foster meaningful partnerships beyond funding.Manage the process for all grant applications, submissions, deadlines and recognition.Design strategies to secure multi-year funding or repeat giving for the sustainability of YMCA’s programmes.Develop an impact assessment tool and framework for YMCA’s programmes. Develop post-programme evaluation reports for impact measurement and funder accountability.Craft an employee survey to gauge if staff are well-engaged.
Degree in public administration, social work, psychology or business preferred with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills and methodical operational skills.Confident, commercially astute, resourceful and highly energetic.
