About The Role

1. Responsible for client management at the Sheltered Workshop.
2. Assign work to clients and supervise them in carrying out the contract work and/or in-house production line.
3. Ensure productivity, quality and timeliness in the delivery of contract work and/or in-house production, as well as compliance with the rules and regulations of Sheltered Workshop.
4. Conduct training in work skills development and monitor progress of clients in meeting customer requirements in commercial projects undertaken.
5. Assist to develop, maintain and update Individual Care Plan, training and assessment records of clients.
6. Manage client incident and report when the need arises.
7. Responsible for all matters pertaining to client management and administration.
8. Responsible for all safety issues at onsite and offsite locations and report to Reporting Officers on any accident or injury that may be sustained by clients during the course of training/ work.
9. Responsible for the inventory and maintenance of all tools and equipment. Report to Reporting Officers if any tools and equipment is faulty or missing.
10. Accompany clients to attend offsite functions as and when necessary.
11. Attend and contribute regularly to staff meetings.
12. Any other duties as and when necessary.

> Good interpersonal and communication skills

Core Competencies:

> Proficient in MS Office software

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

> Volunteer/working experience in Social Services
> Experience in managing people with disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder
