Autism Association (Singapore) or AA(S), is a Social Service Agency dedicated to supporting and serving individuals with autism to maximise their potential, helping them lead meaningful and quality lives in society.

The Association manages a suite of programmes and services under the Eden brand portfolio. These include:
• Eden Children’s Centre for young children with autism (aged 2 – 6 years old)
• Eden School, www.edenschool.edu.sg, for children and youths (aged 7 – 18 years old)
• Eden Centre for Adults (Clementi and Hougang) (aged 18 – 55 years old)
• Eden Activity Club for persons with autism who may not be accessing programmes and services
AA(S) programmes and services aim to impart life-skills to maximise the potential of persons with autism to lead dignified, independent, meaningful and quality lives in society. The profile of our students and adult clients leans toward moderate to severe autism.

About The Role

End User Device Computing (EUDC)
• Provides Level 1 and Level 2 IT on-site support to all end users
• Provide day to day IT on-site support, troubleshooting desktop, laptop, mac book, iPad, printer and projector.
• Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, Outlook)
• Create, maintain and troubleshoot all mailboxes for users.
• Maintain an update documentation of IT assets, software license purchase and inventory records.

System Administration
• Manage, maintain and support network and communication equipment, server’s infrastructure
• Provide day to day IT support on server administration, network operation and configuration.
• Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up.
• Office 365 administration.
• Manage and liaise with vendors to ensure services and supports are delivered according to service agreements.


Qualifications
• At least 2 years of professional IT experience
• Amenable to a flexible work schedule, as the need arises
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
• Strong experience and Understanding in IT Operations, Technology or Maintenance of Computer Network Systems


Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

understanding of servers, Active Directory,Azure, or O365 skills and experience

Core Competencies:

Good to have with certification on the following: Microsoft Office 365, MS Windows Server, MS Exchange,Azure , O365 Administrator

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

• Good communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to concisely describe or summarize a problem and steps taken to diagnose and resolve it, in writing
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Willingness to see a problem through to its resolution
