- Supervise and approve case assessment and outcome plans, and caseclosure via SSNet- Provide consultations for assessment of cases with risk issues- Support or co-lead review of complex and risk cases in the company- Supervise subordinates in the follow through of intervention plans,especially for complex and or risk cases- provide supervision of groupwork and community work throughmodelling, observations and debrief etc- Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD and Supervisor
- Bachelor, Postgraduate Diploma or Master in Social Work- At least 4 years (Asst Senior Social Worker) and 6 years (Snr Social Worker) experience in the relevant field of social work practice, especially casework and counselling, group work and community work- Registered Social Worker preferred
- Proficient in oral and written communication, especially English- Demonstrate sound and updated professional knowledge and skills in social work- Strong clinical and supervision skills- Effective leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills- Good analytical skills
