Reporting to the Director, Property, in ensuring smooth centre operations in accordance to The Salvation Army policies and guidelines in respective administrative matters covering preparation of documents for circulation, monitoring of appointments, deadlines, submission of statistical, finance reports, maintenance of databases and records, oversight of the purchasing functions for all office and operational needs, assist in facility maintenance and to liaise with contractors and suppliers when required.
Perform general administrative duties such as handling telephone calls, documents control, procurement of office supplies and finance matters.Provide secretarial supportManage the tenancy contract, maintenance schedules, licencing and applications.
Organise and maintain documents, files, drawings. Administer claims, collection and disbursement of funds, supplies and orders.Assist in the management of tenants, projects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalentAt least 3 years of leasing, tenancy administration experienceStrong communication and coordination skillsMeticulous, resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience in real estate will be advantageous
