Intake and Casework • Lead in identifying case trending in the community referrals and guide in intake and assessment criteria• Update and develop relevant models, tools, techniques and skills to support the needs of the social work practitioners and service users• Lead in the implementation of intake and case work process, problem solving on the ground • Support social work practitioners for more complex or of higher risk cases• Review work processes, report to partners and stakeholders, case risk and cases before case closuresGroup Work and Community Work • Lead, design and supervise group work intervention and community work efforts• Analyse trends and strategise with partners and stakeholders to achieve specific outreach, public education and community development effortsTraining and Supervision• Lead in the implementation of onboarding training for new staff and regular training for social work practitioners • Review clinical developmental needs, plan and implement training plans to meet the developmental needs • Supervise senior practitioners in the team, conduct and lead in group supervisions Leadership• Support centre management in daily operations to ensure adherence to internal and external standards of practice
• Bachelor, Postgraduate Diploma or Master in Social Work• At least 8 years of experience in casework and counselling, at least 5 years of experience in handling family violence issues
• Able to lead and develop a team of at least 15 social work practitioners• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills• Demonstrate sound and updated professional knowledge and skills in social work and family violence work
• Knowledge and skills on motivational interview, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and trauma-related work will be an advantage
