About The Role

Maintain and update ISO procedures for HR and HQ Admin Department and involved in ISO internal audit
Handle corporate vehicles including maintenance, repair and insurance matters
Schedule Management Meetings
Handles office records for all funding agreements
Verifying claims (i.e.: Dental, TCM, Mobile, Petty Cash)
Schedule and coordinate Staff Dialogue Session
Schedule HR Committee Meeting
Involved in employee engagement activities such as talks; annual health screening; or corporate individual with various service providers
Involved in Business Excellence in People (previously known as People Developer)
Adhoc projects by agencies such as AIC and NCSS
Annual HR audits by internal or external auditors
Involved in Organizing Committee for Annual Staff Dinner
Adhoc receptionist duty during the absence of the receptionist
Assist in fundraising activities when required
Other adhoc duties as assigned by Assistant HR Manager or Assistant Director


Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Admin and HR working experience

Core Competencies:

• Maintain high level of professionalism, consistency and discipline in completion of tasks and time management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, meticulous and responsible
• Ability to work independently and resourceful
