You will assist in the managing, nurturing, training, sustaining and motivating volunteers to support CDAC programmes and deliver quality services for the betterment and well-being of our beneficiaries. You will:a) actively engage and network with stakeholders for the recruitment, selection and deployment of volunteers;b) organise programmes for orientation and induction (training) of volunteers;c) build bonds with volunteers; andd) faithfully follow CDAC and statutory guidelines and regulations to deliver an excellent and meaningful service experience to our volunteers.Responsibilities:• Maintain a high level of customer service and volunteer engagement.• Engage and network with stakeholders for the recruitment, selection and deployment of volunteers.• Facilitate regular orientations, training workshops and social activities for volunteers.• Maintain records of volunteers’ data, training and volunteering log.• Assist in the review of the Volunteer programmes for improvement. • Assist with department’s events and projects• Any other matters as approved by Management.Requirements• A recognised Diploma (local polytechnic)• Effectively bilingual
• Related experience in volunteer-related work an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic personality and strong work ethic as an individual contributor and collaborative team player, requiring minimum supervision.• People-oriented, willing to work the ground and strong administrative skill.
