Job Description, but not limited to, - conduct complimentary counselling at all our branches- conduct house visit for clients who are immobile / at-risk- ensure the clients' reports are accurate and updated on a timely manner- prompt update to our data management system- assist in the planning and execution of outreach programmes to raise awareness on mental health. - give presentations and conduct talks & trainings- assist in the day to day operation- monitor and ensure that the KPIs are met- manage projects related to the promotion and awareness of mental health and its education- provide any ad-hoc assistance as requested by the Executive Director.SRS practices job rotation among staff to equip them with the required skills as a leader. At times, staff will be relocated among the branches for more exposure.
Familiar with MS Office applications & MS Outlook.
