-Assess residents’ physical, communication, interaction and cognitive abilities. Plan and provide appropriate treatment/graded activities-Work in partnership with visiting consultants and the multi-disciplinary team to assess the rehabilitative needs of residents, plan, implement and review the care plans for the residents based on person-centred approaches.-Oversee and supervise the team of Therapy Aides in carrying out individual and group therapeutic procedures and programmes/activities for residents, including prompt and accurate documentation.-Establish and implement safety guidelines for the Rehabilitation department and ensure that the guidelines are adhered to, including the housekeeping and maintenance of all equipment in the department.
Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution by AHPC
At least 5 years of clinical experience
