About The Role

Requirements:

- Degree with at least three years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of Singapore employment and personal data protection legislations
- Good interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and results driven

Responsibility
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions:

- recruitment, interviewing, appointment, resignation/termination
- training and development
- engagement and retention
- performance management
- compensation and benefits
- job descriptions, personal files and database
- permit and pass applications
- HR and personal data protection policies, SOPs, employee handbook
- manpower-related surveys (MOM, DOS, MOH, MSF, AIC, NCSS etc)
- Training-related funding applications (WDA, VCF, SDF etc)

The candidate will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

The welfare home is located at Buangkok Green.


Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

- aware and understand employer/employee/manpower-related policies and law under MOM
- able to handle recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits
- able to provide data for MOM/DOS surveys
