About The Role

We are looking for a part-time HR Administrator to join the team on 4-month contract, working 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Perform HR functions including onboarding, maintaining staff records, collation of documents, data entry and generating reports
- Assist in the payroll processing
- Assist in recruitment and selection process
- Process and analyse manpower and workforce related data
- Other general administration ad-hoc duties


Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business or any other equivalent certifications
- Min 2 years of working experience as a generalist role in human resources
- Familiar with payroll system

- Analytical skills

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

- Hands on experience in job evaluation would be advantageous
