The Executive Director is responsible for leading in a manner that supports and guides the organisation’s mission as defined by the Board and responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organisation. Other key duties include fundraising, media relations and community outreach; working closely with other professional, government and private organisations.

Requirements
• University Degree with at least 5 years of experience in a senior management position in a non-profit organisation
• Transparent and high integrity leadership
• Strong organisational abilities including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation
• Skills in collaboration with and motivation of board members and other volunteers
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of donor relations unique to the on-profit sector
