Autism Association (Singapore) or AA(S), is a Social Service Agency dedicated to supporting and serving individuals with autism to maximise their potential, helping them lead meaningful and quality lives in society.

The Association manages a suite of programmes and services under the Eden brand portfolio. These include:

Eden Children’s Centre for young children with autism (aged 2 – 6 years old)

Eden School,, for children and youths (aged 7 – 18 years old)

Eden Centre for Adults (Clementi and Hougang) (aged 18 – 55 years old)

Eden Activity Club for persons with autism who may not be accessing programmes and services

AA(S) programmes and services aim to impart life-skills to maximise the potential of persons with autism to lead dignified, independent, meaningful and quality lives in society. The profile of our students and adult clients leans toward moderate to severe autism.

About The Role

To train Eden School students standard or modified modules for vocational courses
To conduct assessment of students strengths, needs and interests
To develop coaching plan, prepare suitable training materials and maintenance of work sites
To conduct on-site and off-site observation and coaching
To conduct meeting with parents on students progress and other updates
Work with Level Heads and Job Coaches to identify and train students
Ensure that autism friendly features are put in place in teaching
Any other duties as assigned by the Level Heads, Vice Principal and Principal


Possess A Level or Diploma or Degree in Psychology or other allied courses
Relevant experience working with students in a school or vocational setting is preferred
Relevant work experience in hospitality industry (e.g. Cleaning, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, etc.) will be an advantage
Evident proficiency in English Language
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work well in a team
Desire to learn about Autism and expand knowledge base
Passion to work with young children and their families to maximize their talents and potential
