About The Role

The Sathya Sai Social Service, a voluntary welfare organisation, is seeking to recruit Head and Assistant Head to manage residential care facilities for destitute persons located in Buangkok Green and Sembawang respectively.

As a key member of the senior management team, the successful candidate will or will assist to oversee all aspects of the Home’s operations and management, ensuring the effectiveness and quality of the services and programmes. The key job responsibilities are:

• Administration, human resource, finance, logistics, data and resource management
• Organization of work, service delivery, service excellence
• Security and emergency planning
• Programme development, implementation and evaluation
• Incident Management
• Case Management including discharge
• Volunteer management

Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

• Degree holder or above with at least three years in a leadership position with general management experience
• Passion for working with destitute persons who are aged and/or have mental and medical conditions

Core Competencies:

• Strong people and leadership skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills
• Is result orientated, committed to high standard of professional practices
