1. To provide training to enhance the development of the clients in the area of independent living skills, leisure, recreation and career advancement.2. Required to work in either morning or evening shifts.3. Coordination of centre daily operations.4. Participate in conducting organisational, administrative, budget and personnel surveys and studies by gathering, compiling, tabulating and reporting data.5. Maintain department or program records, program budgets and other documentation.6. Assist with developing and connecting special studies, surveys and research assignments related to the assigned program. Participate in the development of new or revised programs and procedures. Develop recommendations for problem solving.7. To plan and implement programs/activities for the clients in consultation with other staff.8. To monitor progress of staff and clients in independent living skills, leisure and recreational and career advancement.9. To plan, monitor and review the Person Centred Plan under their care.10. To assist in family work under the supervision of immediate Supervisor.11. To plan in one or more of the following areas for clients in the programme: Team Building, Medical and Health, Volunteer, Arts, Performing arts, Sports, events and activities.12. Reports to Assistant Director (Services) and Executive Director.
Diploma in Disability related discipline or Diploma in Adult Education or GCE "O" Levels.
Technically skilled and competent in training and coordinating programmes.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
