Work Location: WoodlandsApplicants with 6 years or longer of counselling experience would be considered for a senior role.You will be part of the team to provide marriage support services for marital couples, divorcing families and children, which include case management, counselling and family dispute management. You are also expected to run programmes catering to the unique needs of families facing problems.• Conduct counselling for individuals, couples and families who is experiencing stress due to family-related issues, including marriage, parent-child relationships or issues among siblings or extended family• Provide support group therapy for parents and children• Facilitate co-parenting programmes and workshop to help equip parents with knowledge of positive parent-child relationship, and build strategies in managing their co-parenting through counselling and coaching of parenting issuesRequirements:• At least 3-7 years of relevant counselling experience in education, counselling, social work, or related work involving family, parents and children • Possess a SAC recognized Post-Graduate Diploma or Master’s Degree in Counselling; OR Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology OR Degree in Counselling OR Degree in related field with a recognized certification in Counselling
