Client Engagement Executive will be deployed in the trishaw service and is responsible for day to day operational support with this core service offering of Cycling Without Age Singapore.Duties and Responsibilities:Act as a focal point for all service-related queries and issuesActively collect beneficiaries feedback and help implement continuous service delivery improvements Actively support communication and stakeholder engagement initiativesEffectively collaborates with other team members for organisational support needed in running the serviceNotify and escalate critical issues to service delivery managerTrack data such as feedback surveys, expenditures, etc and generate reports and share analysis of reporting data to relevant audiences such as funders, donors, other key stakeholdersCollaborate, problem solve, and strategise to grow the service together with the rest of the organisationOther administrative and clerical work related to trishaw service
Creative and resourceful with strong analytical, project, and event management skillsAdept at computer applications, specifically MS Office or its equivalentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Competency in a mother tongue is advantageous but not compulsory.
Experience in programme coordination and service deliverySolid organisational skills, able to multi-task and good time managementStrong client-facing and teamwork skills with a demonstrated capacity to work across a range of age and other socio demographic backgrounds.
Experience in working with beneficiaries and volunteers.Familiar with the social sector and community services
