- Perform annual review of trust accounts with low risk of activation- Process SNSS applications- Manage and maintain potential database- Make outbound calls to clients in the potential database to follow-up on their interest in the Company services- Assist in preparing statistical reports and trend analysis of the case management team- Attend to phone and email referrals and queries- Attend to walk-in clients and coordinate meeting with case managers where applicable- Assist in liaising with and seeking information from relevant stakeholders and regulators such as CPF, HDB and partners from social service sector- Assist in gathering and compiling relevant sector information and resources to facilitate case management services and work- Compile intake assessment documents and files to facilitate the e-storage of such documents by the finance team- Assist in the monthly and annual physical verification of storage of trust documents- Assist senior case managers to create and link clients master file in Client Management System- Accompany case managers to conduct home-visits- Undertake and perform other tasks and duties as assigned based on the Company need- Please indicate your current and expected salary in your CV
