The Sathya Sai Social Service (4S) is a voluntary welfare organisation established by a team of professionals who dedicated their time and effort to help the sick and the less fortunate in our society. It is:
• a secular and non-ethnic based organisation registered with the:
- Commissioner of Charities on 25 April 1996 (Registration Number: 01172)
- Registrar of Societies on 13 September 1996 (UEN: S96SS0160E – from 1 January 2009)
• a full member of the National Council of Social Service with Charitable Fund membership.

About The Role

Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Candidates with relevant work experience would have an added advantage

Job Description:
- Processing of petty cash, invoices, overtime and salary matters
- Preparation of budget, monitoring of expenditure
- Checking of financial statements
- Maintain and updating of Admin, Finance and HR records
- Prepare duty rosters, processing of leave and recruitment of foregin staff
- Collation of data for submission to relevant authorities
- Assist with personnel matters

The candidate will report to the Head (Administration and Finance).

Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

- Maintain systems and procedures for efficient office administration including office file system, IT and telecommunication system
- Maintain an efficient financial management system
- Update the office administration and Finance Standard Operating Procedures

Core Competencies:

- Passion for the service

- Has initiative
- Good time management skills

Working hours:
5 days work week (Mon-Fri), in accordance to duty roster
Up to 44 hours a week

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

Remuneration and point of entry will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
