About The Role

To ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day organization and deployment of staff and volunteers at the DAC.
To network with government bodies, voluntary welfare organization, agencies, corporations and the community at large for leverage; to value add to the DACs overall development and growth.
To assist in formulating policies and setting procedures linked to the operations of the DAC in accordance with the organization objectives and service model provided by MSF.

Candidate Requirements

Technical Competencies:

At least 3 years of managerial experience
Training or experience in disability sector will be an advantage
Strong interpersonal and people skills
Good communication and writing skills
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and some dialects speaking

Core Competencies:

Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Committed and passionate about working with Intellectual Disabilities people

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

Bachelors degree or Graduate Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years working experience in social services or related fields
