Job Responsibilities :
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Support managers and staff through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Answering incoming phone calls, taking messages and schedule appointments
Date entry and assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
Issuing fee, SCFA applications and related documents.
