• Spearheading and implementing fundraising projects• Attracting new donors and maintain rapport with existing donors for their continued support• Conduct research, data mining and analysis for donor projects• Working with organizations which support us in fundraising projects• Acting as liaison with NCSS and external agencies for all donation related activities• Licensing policy and application• Responsible for drafting and updating best practice guidelines for fundraising • Responsible for preparing and presenting proposals and reports for fundraising• Handling all enquiries from general public; producing brochures, posters, video presentations and other related materials for publicity and public education purposes• Educating the public, students, visitors, volunteers on vision impairment• Liaise with finance department for processing of donations• Prepare regular reports for internal and external reportingInterested applicants, please send full resume with current and salary expectation to:hr_savh@savh.org.sg.
Proven experience and track record in fundraising or similar capacity-either VWO, corporate, government-related or non-profit;Able to juggle multiple projects and work under pressure.
Independent, organized, meticulous, analytical and creative with good problem-solving skills;Team player with excellent oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills;Strong leadership qualities and team management.
Bachelor degree, and Graduate Diploma in Social Work preferred.Have a proven ability to learn new skills and apply them in a new environment is an advantage.
