1. Provide endpoint management support including the deployment or configuration of workstations, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.2. Ensure the timely resolution of IT issues and service requests.3. Ensure all IT issues and support cases are tracked and documented.4. Support IT stock take exercise and IT inventory clean up.5. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendor to assist with daily BAU issues.6. Liaise with vendor to troubleshoot any endpoint related IT issues.7. Assist Executive Director in planning a IT service delivery framework and constantly explore to improve the IT service standards.8. Support any IT related matters.JOB SPECIFICATION1. A recognised diploma in IT, or equivalent field.2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.3. Ability to work in a non profit organisation and multi-cultural environment.4. Ability to work outside standard business hours.5. A desire to further knowledge and abilities.6. Ability to start immediately is an added advantage.7. One-year contract; permanent position may be offered to suitable candidates
1. Knowledge in IT service management and IT security.2. Basic knowledge in ITIL, network infrastructure, structures cabling, circuits, network devices and unified communication.3. Experience in installing, maintaining and supporting a secure IT environment.
