Then you may be who we are looking for. * You are expected to perform all initial screening, plan all Individual Educational Plan, Intervention Plans, teach, monitor the academic progress and make relevant recommendations to support the residents toward their learning. * You will facilitate the overall smooth planning, scheduling, and management of volunteers and paid tutors and coordinate the specialised learning support with vendors. * You will assist in the administration planning and coordination of the CSLMCH Study Grant for the residents with financial hardships and provide vocational guidance and support to residents for various academic pathway options and career guidance.
Degree in Special Needs Education, Education or relevant is essential● Experience in giving tuition to primary or secondary students● Familiar with current school syllabus and curriculum● Passion in teaching
• Enjoys working with children and youth• Can work independently and communicates well • Has a pleasant disposition and a team player • Strong morals and ethics, along with a commitment to children• Flexible to adapt and manage changes• Team player and have initiative
Teaching experience with children with learning disabilities such as Dyslexia, Dyscalculia or Dysgraphia would be an added advantage
