Through our Community & Youth Services (CYS) Division and management of the Singapore Boys’ Hostel (SBHL), Trybe provides youth with guidance and offer support for their families and communities, creating a complete ecosystem of care from community-based interventions to individual aftercare services.

About The Role

1. Chief Executive’s Assistant
• Manage the Chief Executive’s schedule and coordinate with others (internal and external) for such scheduled meetings/events etc.
• Assist in minutes of all meetings that the Chief Executive is involved in, unless otherwise directed by the Chief Executive.

2. Special Projects
• Lead projects (with and/or by coordinating with staffers from other Divisions) and/or follow-up on items as directed by Chief Executive.

3. Secretary for the executive committee
• Arrange/schedule for executive committee meetings
• Taking minutes for the executive committee

4. Governance matters
• Provide assistance to the team overseeing governance in the Company
• Provide assistance in Board-related matters where necessary

5. Administrative matters
• Assist in all administrative matters for the Chief Executive where necessary

6. Ad-hoc duties
• Any other roles/duties that may be assigned by the Chief Executive from time to time

Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

- Meticulous and strong administrative skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good Organisational and time management skill
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Numerically proficient

Core Competencies:

- Expected to maintain and handle confidential issues
- Quick thinking, possess initiative
- Able to work with staff at all levels, internal and external
- Always going the extra mile for others

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

- At least two years of working experience
