About The Role

Ensure that clients observe rules and expectations
Shelter operations, inspection, simple maintenance and housekeeping and repair works
Other related operations and maintenance tasks
Prepare regular shelter related reports
Support case managers to liaise with residents
Assist in shelter programs
Oversee shelter premise
Assist in the monitoring of safety and health standards
Provide logistics support for the effective functioning of shelter


Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

* Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
* Pleasant and good interpersonal skills
* Smartphone, whatsapp etc

Core Competencies:

* Strong sense of compassion for the homeless and needy
* Able to handle residents in a firm but polite manner

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

* Working with family and individuals;
* Physically fit for general work.
* May need to work on rotating shifts
