Job Description
• Lead in the execution of programmes to support children, aged 4-9, in their English literacy development;
• Work closely with stakeholders, such as parents, volunteers, centre heads to ensure the smooth running of programmes and that programme objectives are met.
• Manage and lead in the growth of the programme


Responsibilities
1. Lead a team to conduct organisation’s literacy programmes, including StoryLAB, GROW and iREAD;
2. Generate materials for in-house literacy programmes;
3. Liaise with parents for programme registration and scheduling;
4. Liaise and train volunteers to conduct our C3 literacy programmes;
5. Organize and carry out additional programmes and events as required (e.g. camps, parenting workshops, outings);
6. Follow-up with volunteers and parents on the progress of students and to provide support where needed;
7. Liaise and work closely with community partners and stakeholders to provide holistic support for the children and their families;

Other Responsibilities

• Take on other additional responsibilities as required by management
