We adopt an ecosystem approach towards enabling and empowering youths with special needs to live independently, be work ready, work able and sustain employment. We strongly believe in providing a holistic support, including and involving parents or caregivers in the process.

Working in close collaboration with other professionals (therapists from other domains, ability coaches, etc.), we are looking for dynamic and passionate Educational Therapists to join our team in journeying with these individuals and their families through their lives.


Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

Provide literacy and or numeracy intervention for children and youth with specific learning differences in an individual or small group setting in person
Facilitate learning via a diverse range of instructional strategies to increase literacy and numeracy skills acquisition

Core Competencies:

Monitor, evaluate and document the clients’ progress
Work with caregivers and other relevant professionals to design Individualised Educational Plans (IEPs)
Provide professional input to integrated team and case discussions

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

Received training Orton-Gillingham or LindamoodBell
A minimum of three years experience providing literacy and or numeracy intervention in individual or small group setting for children with learning difficulties
Be able to work on Saturdays
Must be able to deliver sessions in person
